Pre-Service Guide

Your Deposit

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. We pride ourselves on staying on schedule and having cars completed when we tell you they will be completed. Therefore, your deposit secures a time slot for your vehicle and your vehicle only, meaning we are not taking other clients for that allotted time slot. Deposits are also used to order any parts & materials needed for your vehicle to be completed, which are often times non-refundable.

We understand life happens. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice and we will be happy to work with you.

Drop Off & Pick Up

We ask your vehicle is dropped off before 12PM on the day of your scheduled appointment. Drop offs after 12PM may add an extra day to the estimated completion time. Please be sure to bring your vehicle on time to help keep us and yourself on schedule. If you are going to be later than 12PM, please let us know ahead of time at 954.300.3066.

Drop off and pickup times outside of our regular business hours of 10AM-6PM can be arranged, however, please be sure to arrange this at least 48 hours in advance. Added fees may occur for extraordinary early or late times. Vehicle pickup can be arranged by one of our logistics associates for an additional fee depending on the vehicle location. Please arrange this at least 5 business days in advance.

A Clean Vehicle

We request that you have your cleaned & clay barred before arrival. Contaminants on and around the surface can lead to imperfections in the film & finish. Our team can wash & clay bar the vehicle for you, however, added fees may apply.
